From 14 to 16 February we host Firewords (Fuoco di Parole), a microfestival dedicated to the word and to freedom of thought. It is inspired by the Waldensian bonfires lit on 16 February across the Waldensian valleys, commemorating the granting of civil rights to the Waldensians — they are in fact also called "bonfires of freedom". A participatory, collective moment, which is how we would like this microfestival to feel.
