Open studio of artist Zoya Pilipenko, who has been in residence with us since the beginning of February 2023 and will stay until May. She is here in Rora thanks to the support of the Artist At Risk project, a network institution we work with that supports artists around the world whose freedom and lives are in danger.

Zoya is originally from Khirkiv, Ukraine, a city she left after the war broke out. A painting teacher for over 40 years, she joined the Union of Artists of Ukraine in 2000. She has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in various Ukrainian cities and abroad, such as Greece and Montenegro.
